class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>My activities cover all areas of legal work related to real estate, including the purchase of an unencumbered apartment, but also the full performance of the legal tasks of high-value real estate development financed by bank loan and \/ or private capital. A wide range of legal tasks may arise in this case, including, for example, the preparation of sales, construction, lease, operation, loan and collateral agreements, the conduct of relevant land registration and other official procedures. <\/p>\n<p>I have experience in handling legal problems during the contracting, construction and warranty period, and it is an advantage that I represented both the investor and the contractor in constructions, and both the seller and the buyer in property transactions, so I understand the legal point of view of both opposing parties.<\/p>\n<p>Of course,
