I have significant experience in all segments of the transformation (merger, division) and acquisition of companies (legal due diligence, negotiation, preparation of legal documentation, representation in company related legal proceedings).
In addition, I serve my clients in the documentation and procedure of company foundations, headquarters, sites, branch establishments and other changes to the company register, as well as performing legal tasks related to the formation of group structure of companies.
Real estate and construction law
My activities cover all areas of legal work related to real estate, including the purchase of an unencumbered apartment, but also the full performance of the legal tasks of high-value real estate development financed by bank loan and / or private capital. A wide range of legal tasks may arise in this case, including, for example, the preparation of sales, construction, lease, operation, loan and collateral agreements, the conduct of relevant land registration and other official procedures.
I have experience in handling legal problems during the contracting, construction and warranty period, and it is an advantage that I represented both the investor and the contractor in constructions, and both the seller and the buyer in property transactions, so I understand the legal point of view of both opposing parties.
Of course, in this area of law, I also support the handling of legal matters that arise during the operation of my clients.
Energy law
I also deal with the special field of energy law, therefore I also provide legal support for the implementation of complete solar energy projects in KÁT or METÁR system (acquisition of a licensed project company, sale and construction of solar parks, licensing procedures, regulatory background).
